[APWW-Meet] Convener's Group Minutes

Dear APWW-Meet Members:

So sorry for taking such a long time to get these minutes out--but here 
they are.

Attached are the minutes to the first Convener's Meeting that was held on 
February 13-14 in Bangkok.

Please go through the minutes and if you have questions or suggestions, 
please feel free to post them on this list. All the members of the 
Convener's group are on apww-meet and will be able to access your messages. 
Also, their e-mails are on the minutes, so you can contact  a particular 
Chair if you want to be part of their committee.
