Dear Luz Maria Martinez, Greetings from ARROW! This is to inform you that Ms.Rathi Ramanathan (Our
Programme Officer) and myself will
be participating in the Convenors Group Meeting of the NGO Regional Forum to be
held on the 13th and 14th of this month. We will be
arriving on the 12th night and plan to leave by 14th night ,our last flight is
at 7.20pm.( which means we have to leave the meeting venue by 5pm.) Please let
us know the closing time of the meeting on the second day. Kindly book
a Double
room for both of us to stay together. Please give us the complete address of the
