1) I will participate the  Convenor's Group meeting on 13th and 14th
February.

2) My flight schedule is as follows:
Feb. 10 (Tue)  15:55 Leave Narita (JL703)
                     20:55 Arrive Bangkok
Feb. 15 (Sun) 08:30 Leave Bangkok (JL708)
                    16:10 Arrive Narita

3) Required accormodation in Bangkok: 
Feb. 10 (check in) to Feb. 15(check out) 
at The St. James Hotel(if possible).

4) I and Yukoko Oda will share a room while she is in Bangkok.

*Please give me the hotel confirmation by return mail.
