[APWW-Meet] NGO Forum: Convenor's Group Meeting

Dear Friends:

The Convenor's Group meeting is less than two weeks away and the host group, Thai Women's Watch is under pressure to produce a list of attendees to confirm the hotel rooms that have been booked for the meeting and participants. Can you please send in your confirmation for the meeting?  Also include the time of arrival and departure as well as, whether you would like a double or single room and who you would like to share your room with. We need this by February 3 in order to make sure you are accommodated in one of the hotels that has been set aside for this meeting. For confirmations coming in later we will not be able to guarantee hotel rooms in one of the following.

The venue for the meeting and accommodations is:

The St. James Hotel
18 Sukhumvit 26, Sukhumvit Road, Klongton, Klongtoey
Bangkok, 10110
Tel: 66-02-261-0890
Fax: 66-02-261-0903
E-mail: stjames@amari.com
Website: www.amari.com

Costs at the St. James are as follows:

52(US$) for a single
60 (US$) for a double

Another hotel has also been booked for those who are not able to get rooms at the St. James.

The Tara Hotel is located next door and is located at
18/1` Sukhumvit 26, Sukhumvit Road, Klongton, Klongtoey
Bangkok, 10110
Tel: 66-02-259-2900-19
Fax: 66-02-259-2896

The rates at the Tara Hotel are slightly higher:

55 (US$) for a single
61 (US$) for a double

12 (US$) per day for breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks will be provided at the meeting venue (St. James Hotel)

(Note: The above rates are estimated at a 38 baht to 1 (US$) exchange)

Dinner is on your own.
